R.T.E. to visit Tinryland G.F.C. to record training session
with top coach

R.T.E. have confirmed that they will visit Tinryland G.F.C. on Tuesday
3rd May 7.p.m.to record a senior team training session with one of
Ireland's top
Gaelic football coaches who's name has yet to be confirmed. The
programme will be broadcast on the RTE radio 1 John Murray show on the
following Wednesday and can also be viewed on the R.T.E. website. It is
part of the series the station is doing to promote two club teams during
2011. Offaly hurling club Crinkle have already had their training
session recorded and broadcast with top hurling coach Cyril Farrell the
man in charge. Among the guests expected in Tinryland on the evening of
May 3rd are programme host John Murray, GAA journalist Damien Lawler,
R.T.E. researcher John O'Reilly together with the high profile coach.
The evening will conclude with entertainment in the clubhouse and a
number of interviews with players, team manager and club officials. All
supporters are invited to attend on the evening of May 3rd.

Table Quiz

Tinryland G.F.C. will hold a quiz in the clubhouse on Friday 6th may at
8.30 p.m. in aid of senior team training fund. Members and visitors
are very welcome and your support will be appreciated. The cost for a
team or 4 will be ?40. The quiz master on the night will be Eamon Byrne.
