There were some fine individual displays by Tinryland AC Juvenile athletes at the Carlow Track and Field Championships in Ardattin on Sunday last.
The following are the results:

Girls U13 75m Hurdles- 1st Alison Farrell 2nd- Nicole Hanley, U16 Hurdles 1st- Emma Brennan, U9 80m- 1st Anne Roche, U12 80m- 3rd- Philippa Kirwan, U13 80m- 2nd- Alison Farrell, U12 600m- 1st- Jenny Doheny, 2nd- Dervla Kelly, U14 800m- 1st Mary Ann O’Sullivan 2nd- Jemina Kirwan, U14 100m 1st- Jemina Kirwan, U15 100m 2nd- Stephanie Murphy, U16 100m 2nd- Kate Morgan 3rd- Jennifer Murphy.

Tinryland Senior Athlete Pat Byrne had one of his most impressive runs so far this year with a 2nd place finish in the Sportsworld 5 mile classic in Terenure, Dublin on Sunday.
