Tickets are now available for the annual Tinryland G.F.C. dinner dance to be held in the Seven Oaks Hotel Carlow on Friday 18th February from club treasurer Mary Doyle or club registrar Peter Scully. The cost of the tickets is €25.
Training for the Tinryland/Bennekerry Girls Under 14, 16, Minor and Senior teams will resume in Rathcrogue on Monday February 7th at 6.30 pm. The Under 12 players will have training at a later date.
Sympathy is extended to Mrs. Ann Hayden, Ballinacarrig on the death of her father Mr. Jim Savage, The Square, Tullow who died on Thursday January 27th.
New members and helpers are required for Tinryland Tidy Towns Committee for 2005. The village received very encouraging marks in last year’s Tidy Towns competition, which were the highest to date despite the notable lack of volunteers and work done during the year. An enlarged number of helpers would greatly improve the chances for further success in the competition. Names should be given to any committee member or at Deane’s Shop.
Ladies Mini Marathon

A workshop to help enthuse and equip Parish volunteers to do visitation in their parish will take place in the Dolmen Hotel, Carlow on Tuesday February 22nd at 8 pm. Volunteers are sought and names should be given to Fr. McEvoy as soon as possible.
