Having a junior B team in the club has been a matter for debate for the last few years but i think as long as we have the numbers then well have a team. senior Ger Bickerstaffe , Eamonn Byrne & John Lawler. Bernard Mullen, Peter scully, Peter Whelan and Michael Moore want another year with the juniors hoping to win both Aand B championships. as far as i know Martin Doyle wil still be minor and u21 manager with a few other names threw in alongside him.

Lads, as far as I know Martin Doyle is concentrating on a juvenile team this year as he has a son involved and he has taken the minor/U21 set up as far as he can. Brian Doyle is tipped to become involved with the junior set up again. He has a great record with junior teams. Heard that the training with Ger Bickerstaffe went very well last Friday with over 20 turning up. Hope the numbers increase as Tinryland will need all players to put their shoulder to the wheel. Did EI train last Friday or Cian Moore? Heard that they are making a return to the senior panel

its tough to get all the players to turn up but once you have a solid number and things are going well then everyone will want to get involved. a few lads involved in rugby etc so we wont see there return until later on but as long as their fit that shouldnt be a problem. i think its going to be a good year for tinryland. a bit more experience for the younger lads and i think we could be the cause of a few upsets in the summer.
